CherisLaw is knowledgeable in the area of succession planning, having assisted many Colorado entities in shifting ownership and/or management to younger generation family members or to existing management-level employees of the business. Sam is able to bring a great deal of practical experience to bear on the myriad of issues that exist in the execution of a succession plan. These include obtaining acceptance by involved constituencies such as other employees, banks, outside equity investors, clients, and suppliers. In addition, the needs of the existing owners and the new team need to be balanced to achieve a workable plan.
