• Risk Management - Established company's insurance program including acquisition of E & O insurance for start-up venture. Developed contractual risk mitigation and dispute resolution processes and procedures.
  
  
• Tax - Established entity structure and state and local tax strategy to minimize tax liabilities.

• Firm Administration - CFO and Member of Executive Committee for 12 years. Responsible for computerization of the firm's billing systems, accounting system and secretarial and legal functions, purchasing of capital items, negotiation of leases and banking relationships.
