Entity Governance

CherisLaw works with clients to establish and modify their governance structure during the entity's life cycle. Sam has helped clients balance the rights of the minority owners with the need for the majority owners to have the flexibility to run the business without undue interference from those minority owners.

Sam spends the time with each client to understand the way in which they intend to run their business so that the governance structure mirrors the practices they expect to follow. Since no two organizations work in the same manner, their documented governance needs to be individualized as well.
