He can provide assistance with debt finance, including conventional and SBA loans to businesses. He has also partnered with securities lawyers in other firms when handling equity finance arrangements for his clients.

He has negotiated and documented loans from banks, insurance companies and individual investors and has worked on loans of differing degrees of complexity.
