Sam Cheris has handled contract negotiation and documentation while in private practice as well as while serving as General Counsel for three different entities. He helps clients balance business gains and risks. CherisLaw has handled contracts in a number of industries including joint development, master service, employment and independent contractor, construction, confidentiality and license agreements.

Sam has assisted clients with the development of templates to be used by their sales or procurement groups as well as one-off agreements to cover specific individual situations.
